Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (100%)
- Pre-Content Creation: If you cancel your order before content creation has begun.
- Publisher Unavailability: If the selected publisher becomes unavailable and no suitable alternative can be found.
- Service Guarantee Failure: If we fail to publish your content within 14 days of the guaranteed publication date.
- Major Deviation: If the published content significantly deviates from approved content without your consent.
Partial Refund (50%)
- During Content Creation: If you cancel after content creation has begun but before publisher submission.
- Minor Deviations: If there are minor issues with the published content that cannot be resolved through revisions.
- Delayed Publication: If publication is delayed by 7-14 days beyond the guaranteed date.
No Refund
- Post-Publication: Once your content has been published according to specifications and approved by you.
- Rejected Content: If your content violates our content guidelines or the publisher's requirements after multiple revision attempts.
- Incomplete Information: If you fail to provide necessary information to complete your order within 30 days.
Refund Process
- Request Submission: Submit your refund request through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
- Review Period: All refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
- Decision Communication: You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund request.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Special Circumstances
- Publisher Removal of Content: If a publisher removes your content before the guaranteed placement period due to no fault of your own, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining time.
- Force Majeure: In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, major platform changes, etc.), we reserve the right to offer alternatives to refunds, such as replacement posts on equivalent sites.
