Quick Guest Post Marketplace - License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, QuickPR | Powered By Quick LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

1. Install and use the Quick Guest Post Marketplace plugin on a single WordPress installation.
2. Make one copy of the plugin in machine-readable form solely for backup purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

1. Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the plugin.
2. Remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the plugin.
3. Use the plugin on more than one WordPress installation unless you have purchased additional licenses.
4. Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the plugin in any form, on a temporary or permanent basis, without the prior written consent of QuickPR.
5. Use the plugin to create a competing product or service.
6. Use the plugin in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
7. Distribute the plugin to third parties.

3. Ownership

The plugin is licensed, not sold. QuickPR | Powered By Quick LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the plugin, including all intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of QuickPR.

4. Plugin Integrity Verification

The Quick Guest Post Marketplace plugin includes an integrity verification system that:

• Verifies plugin file integrity by comparing file signatures against reference signatures stored on the API server.
• Prevents unauthorized code modifications by automatically disabling the plugin when critical files are modified.
• Maintains detailed logs of all verification attempts.

You agree not to interfere with, disable, or circumvent this verification system in any way.

5. Support and Updates

For the duration of your license, you are entitled to:

• Plugin updates, including bug fixes, security patches, and new features.
• Technical support according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

QuickPR reserves the right to discontinue support and updates for older versions of the plugin.

6. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the plugin and destroy all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. QUICKPR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE PLUGIN WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PLUGIN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL QUICKPR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLUGIN, EVEN IF QUICKPR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and QuickPR regarding the plugin and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
